Is the ROX fluorophore spectrally identical to ROX NHS?
We offer ROX as an NHS ester which is a type of chemistry used in attaching the ROX to the oligo itself after synthesis. The ROX portions are the same dyes, just attached to the oligos differently. So spectrally, yes, they are equivalent.
